Heartland CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) is a Non-Profit organization that supports and promotes court-appointed volunteer advocacy for children and youth who have experienced abuse or neglect. We believe that every child should be given the opportunity to thrive in a safe and loving home.
Our company is recruiting a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to manage our office activities by performing administrative duties. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include providing exceptional client service, processing invoices, knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Applications and maintaining files. As an Administrative Assistant, you must be highly organized with strong communication and time management skills. Since you will work closely with our team, we’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-starter who can handle many tasks at once. Must pass a background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
