Required Skills:
- Associate degree preferred.
- 7-10 years' experience.
- Executive-level support.
- Calendar management.
- Booking travel with Concur.
- Intermediate level of MS Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)
- People skills and a support mentality.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Experienced level support position requiring full knowledge of the job.
- Substantial understanding of general office routines and procedures.
- Must possess the ability to operate a personal computer and associated office software.
- Performs clerical, administrative, or general office duties in support of a department/function or for one or more persons at the executive management level.
- Contacts are typically with individuals within own department and occasionally outside the organization, requiring some explanation or interpretation.
This 12+ month position starts ASAP.
