Job Description
-This position will mainly help out with doing the filing process and organizing the file room, Supply room, and Printer room for the most part. Everything listed on the job description will be tackled at some point, but the early tasks will consist of filing and documentation paperwork organization and maintaining the filing process in place.
-Some key qualifications would be: organizational skills communications skills Legible handwriting Basic Excel spreadsheet creation and maintenance Ability to read and write in English comprehend basic computer skills Working Hours: 8-5 daily
Perform administrative duties for an individual, group, or the facilities department.
Act as the front desk receptionist for the facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensure that personnel entering the facility comply with required safety protocols and entrance requirements.
- Sort and distribute mail to office personnel.
- Create and edit documents and spreadsheets.
- Complete expense reports for the facilities team.
- Answer and transfer phone calls in a professional manner.
- Ensure stocking levels are maintained in break rooms and office supply room.
- Remain knowledgeable of business unit and organizational policies.
- May make contacts of a sensitive, complex, and confidential nature.
- May perform other administrative duties specific to the area supported.
- Completes routine tasks under low to moderate supervision.
Qualifications:

- High School or GED
- Typically requires a minimum of 1-year of related experience
- Strong organizational and verbal skills with ability to multi-task
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to respect and appropriately manage confidential data
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple requests at once and prioritize appropriately
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills
-Type of Work the person will be engaged in: supporting one or two managers within the division with the ordering of supplies, book-keeping, travel reports, filing, using Excel and PPT
The job will be performed using an ERP system called Epicore which will later transition to SAP
-Top 3 to 5 Skills Needed: Written and Verbal Communication in English, Organizational, Problem Solving, Detail Oriented (keeping mistakes at a minimum), MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, PPT - Basic Excel is fine, Comprehend basic computer skills, Someone with drive and initiative to be able to work with cross-functional teams and groups with Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers, Shipping teams, etc.
-Someone with excellent attendance and punctuality will be putting PPT together maybe once or twice per week, and will be working on special projects as needed, good email communication skills
-Years of Experience: 1 to 2 years preferably or more to make the transition easier in some level of administrative capacity; does not need medical industry experience but it is preferred
-Educational Requirements: An H.S. Diploma or GED is required; will also consider candidates who have an Associates and Bachelors degree with some level of experience over those who don't have experience.
-Interview Process: 1 or 2 interviews with one being onsite and the other a phone screen
-The goal is to begin interviews the 2nd or 3rd week in January 2024
