We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our operations team as the operations Administrative Assistant. Individual must have Microsoft Suite experience and knowledge, be a quick learner and must be able to manage projects accurately and efficiently. Individual must be able to multitask and handle several projects at a time. Duties and responsibilities include data entry, providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the business, reporting, and report presentation. Individual supports CEO, managers, and directors through a variety of tasks. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Experience with shopify and shopify POS is a huge plus.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office/ retail supplies
- implement · Directive for Sale + Promos company wide
- Set monthly goals per store based on inventory and analysis of last 1 years on 4-5-4 calendar
- Handle multiple projects at the same time
- Management of retail managers (Weekly manager meeting via zoom)
- Implementing Safety guidelines for employees
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories

Must be able to self-manage. Must be available at 8am to touch base with Director of operations.
Skills:
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer support abilities
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
