We're looking for someone who takes pride in their job and wants to make Elim a better place to work. As an Administrative Assistant at Elim, you'll be required to:
- Update student database and maintain accurate student records to meet state requirements
- Answers multi-line 3CX phone system for the purpose of screening calls, transferring calls, responding to injuries, and/or taking messages
- Manage Assistant Principals' calendar, schedule interviews, follow up meetings, and other events as needed
- Process student progress reports each quarter
- Process and file behavior incident reports
- Process records requests for student information from outside agencies
- Monitor email for communications
- Request sanitation for emergency clean ups and enter work orders for maintenance repairs
- Collaborate with districts to set up IEP meetings, check-in, and other meeting for students
- Process purchase order requisitions for teachers and staff
- Distribute deliveries upon receipt
- Register program staff for conferences and workshops upon approval
- Record staff attendance daily, manage timesheets, process requests, etc.
- Record and update daily student attendance
- Provide support as needed for school office manager
- Maintain neat and clean office environment

Hours:
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
52 weeks/year
Wages & Benefits:
- Competitive starting pay of $20/hour to $24/hour

Education, License & Certifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of related computer applications including Excel, Word, Outlook
- Knowledge of UKG is preferred
