Coordinate and execute administrative functions and high-level support to facilitate execution of TEAm priorities, initiatives, projects, and tasks.
Responsibilities
Perform advanced administrative tasks including preparing communications, expense reports, making reservations for travel, arranging detailed plans and meeting agendas.
Work closely with Director of Finance to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
Conduct research, compile data, and present to the Director of Finance and other department leaders.
Maintain and organize confidential corporate files and records.
Attend TEAm meetings and prepare summaries as needed.
Complete special projects by establishing objectives, determining priorities, monitoring progress and problem solving.
Actively participate on the Coordinator’s TEAm.
Provide backup within department as needed.
Serve as a Strategic Planning auditor by attending all quarterly and annual meetings to prepare Department Metrics and monitor progress, participate in planning strategic initiatives that facilitate the team’s ability to successfully deliver People First Results, and help the Director of Finance cascade metrics and priorities to the Finance TEAm.
Maintain Department SharePoint sites and be an Office 365 Champion.
Upholds and participates in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy and MMAD volunteering opportunities.
This position has food safety responsibilities.

Qualifications:
Qualifications
All applicants must have a B.A. or B.S. degree; or a minimum of five years of proven administrative support functions; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
All applicants must have strong experience with Internet based software, social media platforms, and Office 365 applications including but not limited to Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word.
