Job Description
The Compliance Administrative Assistant will be expected to handle the following, additional duties may be assigned:
- Organize and mail month HCV annual recertification packets; 2nd & 3rd notices
- Pick up mail and checks from Fairfield & Westport site locations on a bi-weekly basis; return to RH office to dropped off
- Open and scan all mail from Fairfield and Westport sites to Dropbox
- Scanning and uploading resident documents to Dropbox
- On-site filing for Westport, Fairfield, and Hartford locations as needed to assist on site staff
Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel to site locations weekly based on the needs of the compliance team. Locations include but are not limited to: Westport, Fairfield, Hartford, and Rocky Hill.
- Reliable transportation. Mileage reimbursement for travel between sites.

- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Publisher) as well as Adobe Acrobat (scanning & merging files) is preferred.

- Willing to help in other departments as needed.
Part-Time, 24 hours a week. Mileage reimbursement. Hiring ASAP.
