```Duties```
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of transactions
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Assist with journal entries and month-end closing procedures
- Support the bookkeeping team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information
- Conduct research on technical accounting issues and assist in implementing GAAP guidelines
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, or other relevant tools to perform daily tasks
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or related field
- Strong knowledge of balance sheet reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and general ledger reconciliation
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, or similar tools
- Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or errors
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Solid understanding of GAAP principles and ability to apply them in daily tasks
