Administrative Assistant
Idaho National Laboratory is hiring an Administrative Assistant to work in our Reactor Physics Methods and Analysis department. Our team works a 9x80 schedule located out of our Research Education Campus with every other Friday off.
This position provides complex administrative support for management and staff within the Nuclear Science and Technology (NS&T) Directorate.
Responsibilities Include:
Responsibilities include coordinating the office; organizing and expediting the flow of work through the office; resolving problems and performing time sensitive tasks; monitoring projects or tasks by tracking actions, status, and schedules; establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with managers, peers, co-workers, and customers; ensuring collaboration and inclusion when providing administrative support to the culturally diverse NS&T staff; initiating and supporting actions that directly contribute to NS&T's mission/strategy and understanding the administrative support role in achieving these objectives. Assignments will require some contribution of original work and the ability to prioritize tasks of higher relevance to the laboratory and NST's mission/strategy to optimize the time of the NS&T leadership and management team.
