Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated, highly organized & detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to keep our office running smoothly & efficiently. This position offers a fast-paced environment, and the opportunity to work with management on a daily basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer and direct phone calls or take messages for appropriate parties.
Friendly and respectful towards clients over the phone.
Answer inquiries, provide estimates and set- up work orders/schedules.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, forms, & mail.
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping.
Verify insurance certificates and follow up to insure proper coverage is in place.
File uploads, downloads, and document scanning.
Coordinate with administration and office manager.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment, and have friendly people skills.
Must be able to multitask.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications & Quicbook.
Able to learn new skills.
Highly organized and pays close attention to detail.
Ability to work alone and with a team.
Problem-solving skills.
High School Diploma/GED
At least 1-2 years of Experience.
