Job Overview
The Administrative Assistant provides high-level support, performing a variety of administrative duties and skilled tasks. Additional Assignments are varied and may be project oriented and may change based on the business need.
Primary Responsibilities
· Coordinates and schedules meetings
· Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings, takes and distributes minutes or other notes as requested.
· Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
· Assists with special projects
· Credentialing
· Performs office tasks including maintaining records
· Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
· High School graduate and at minimum 2 years’ experience in a medical office setting
Required Skills & Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Extensive knowledge of office administration and clerical procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office
- Flexible and adaptable to various situations and when interacting with many different personalities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
