```Duties```
- Perform various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple individuals
- Prepare and transcribe documents, correspondence, and reports
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records
- Assist with project coordination, including tracking progress and deadlines
- Provide general clerical support such as photocopying, and mailing
```Skills```
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer support skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Previous experience in an office or healthcare setting is a plus
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Ability to coordinate and manage projects with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Mac and PC computerized systems for document management and scheduling
