Wanted: We are looking for a self-driven Administrative Assistant to provide support in the day-to-day administrative operations of our consulting firm.

This is a part-time, remote position with possible growth to full-time requiring exceptional attention to detail while consistently and effectively executing communications, demonstrating outstanding customer service interactions and managing client relationship tasks.
Your overall mission is to facilitate the completion of administrative tasks necessary for our Executive Strategy Team members to accomplish their respective objectives.
In this role, you will envision the position as a leadership role, take a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, think ahead anticipating executive and organizational needs and embrace the mission, vision and values of The Legacy Leadership Consulting Group, LLC.
You are likely a good fit for our team if:
- You have demonstrated experience organizing important company documentation, managing, facilitating and timely execution of client correspondence, time-sensitive client scheduling as well as other administrative tasks relevant to the position and company.

- You are confident yet eager to grow and learn
- You have demonstrated excellent coordination skills and can manage multiple projects and deadlines
