Job description:

• Input financial transactions (cash receipts, vendor and sub-contractor invoices, debt/loans and credit card transactions) into Quick Books accounts payables
• Collect W-9's and COI's and inspect for accuracy
• Monitor accounts payables daily and report directly to Chief Financial Officer and Accounts payables manager
• Provide clerical and administrative support to management and department heads as requested
• Provide back up support to phones and scheduling
