Summary
Provides general administrative, clerical, and project coordination support. Maintains area files, correspondence, reports, and other documentation. Coordinates, completes, and delivers required reporting. Tasks are varied and usually require area specific knowledge to complete work.
Location: This role is onsite at 4120 International Parkway Suite 2200 Carrollton, TX 75007.
Fully onsite position from 8:00AM-5:00PM
Description
Performs general clerical duties and administrative support including ordering supplies, arranging travel, maintaining calendars, and providing phone coverage for upper management.
Maintains area specific reports or presentations. Updates or logs correspondence and/or documents.
To Qualify for This Position, You'll Need the Following:
Required Education: Associate's
Degree Equivalency: 2 years job related work experience
Required Experience: 1 year office or administrative support experience.
Required Software and tools: Microsoft Office.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent grammar, letter writing and telephone skills.
Organizational and customer service skills. Good judgment.
Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
