The Administrative Aide is responsible for handling a variety of routine and complex administrative, clerical, and office support responsibilities. They will be vigilant in assessing the position, rethinking systems and improving them where necessary. This person will:
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and answer phones in a pleasant manner, while maintaining client confidentiality.
- Process client payments, issue receipts, balance daily/weekly payment reports.
- Collect client insurance information and verify eligibility.
- Create and/or prepare spreadsheets, forms, reports, documents, presentations and statistics as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years or more of administrative experience.
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs. Prefer intermediate or higher Word and Excel skills.
- Customer service oriented attitude in serving internal employees, external clients and community.
- Must be able to work 2 evenings a week.
