Job Description
Administrative & Accounts Receivable Assistant Responsibilities:
- Answer Phone Calls
- Directing Walk-in Customers
- Entering and applying Checks and Credit Card Payments to Customer’s Accounts
- Creating, Emailing and Mailing Invoices
- Must be a Notary or willing to become one.
- Posting Daily Deposits
- Picking up and Dropping off Mail at the Post Office daily
- Handling the Postage Meter
- Filing Accounts Payables and Sales Orders
- Assist in Accounts Receivable Collections
- Must have a willingness to learn.
- Must be Dependable.
- Must have a great personality and be able to interact well with others.
- Dress is business casual.
Part-Time Position - 29 Hours
Monday – Thursday: 9am-4pm
Friday 9am-12pm
