We have a great opportunity for an Administration Training Specialist to join our growing company!
The Administration Training Specialist develops and delivers company training programs and workshops for early childhood education school administrators using a combination of virtual, in-school, live coaching/training as well as after-hours group training. This position identifies skill or knowledge gaps among school administrators and develops training content in response to identified training needs. Selects training materials, tools and delivery methods based on topics. Responsible for training school administrators on any new initiatives, processes, procedures and systems. Facilitates Train the Trainer program to equip school administrators with the knowledge and skills needed for the desired impact/outcomes.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in early childhood educatio; experience developing and delivering training content
- Bachelor's degree Early Childhood Education, Business, Human Resources, or any other related field
- Ability to develop and mentor others
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments within the organization
- Ability to manage and work with diverse employees and customers
- Excellent customer service skills
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve complex issues
- Solid planning and organizational skills
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Ability to travel independently on a weekly basis (Multi-state travel required) to include some nights/weekends

Responsibilities
- Creates and maintains course content, manuals, or other training materials; training programs may typically include topics such as supervisory/management training, work skills training, team building, and communications
- Coordinates guest trainers or subject matter experts (SMEs)
- Assesses the impact of training programs by measuring employee understanding of the subject matter
- Monitors the effectiveness of training for school administrators using individual or group performance results
- Collects feedback on sessions from attendees to use for future improvements to content and presentation
- Contributes to new training program design and existing program enhancements
- Map out training plans for individual employees
- Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods, including classroom instruction, virtual training, and on-the-job training
- Track and report on training outcomes
- Maintain employee training records
