SUMMARY
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business, Finance or related field or an equivalent combination
- Minimum 5 years' experience in financial and/or training industry
- Knowledge of Bank products, services, initiatives, and company culture
- Familiar with varying bank policies and procedures within the footprint
- Possesses a high degree of the following skills and characteristics:

- Participate in all required compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering training, as well as internal and external training programs, online training, meetings, and seminars/conferences, etc.
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Primarily focuses on the success of new hires or new to role employees training surrounding Retail and Loan Platform systems.
- Trains on Operational Process Changes for Retail and Loan Roles.
- Works closely with hiring manager and in-branch guide to establish training completion timeline.
- Communicates with new hires or new to role employees regarding training dates and schedules.
- Provides training on a variety of relevant to role topics preparing the employee for the specified role.
- Assesses skill level and communicates with employee and hiring manager of progression throughout the process.
- Communicates developmental needs to the hiring Manager and assigned in-branch guide.
- Works with all levels of management and subject matter experts to ensure relevancy of course materials and delivery methods suitable to needs.
- Researches, creates, delivers, and manages training criteria, programs, and initiatives through a variety of training methods.
- Supports and partners with other departments to provide training as needed.
- Tracks progress and effectiveness through various surveys to ensure successful creation, implementation, maintenance and follow up specific to needs.
- Provides current research and makes suggestions for direction of training.
- Assists with forthcoming year's budget making recommendations for new training initiatives as well as on-going efforts.
- Assists in administrative duties of training initiatives.
- Writes articles as needed or instructed for internal communications and maintains departmental websites.
- Stays abreast of all bank products and services, promotions, incentive programs, company initiatives and company goals to support employees and the Bank in all endeavors and to assist with questions from throughout the company.
- Assists with coordinating all outsourced development programs and overviews the efficiency and effectiveness of those programs.
- Works with other departments to maintain a Corporate Training Calendar.
