Job Description Responsibilities:
Send onboarding email to potential clients before Showroom Consultation.
Receive, label, organize, and store incoming materials.
Liaise with vendors for client materials, purchases, updates, and lead times.
Manage office phone / voicemail.
Coordinate and schedule appointments with potential clients, including sending reminders.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and schedule estimates on job tread.
Prepare scope of work documents based on client selections.
Send final thank-you emails to clients upon project completion.
Communicate schedule changes and updates to clients via email.
Generate and send invoices and receipts to customers.
Coordinate payment pickups and send payment links if necessary.
Handle incoming mail and file receipts.
Assist in managing general email accounts and respond to vendor quote requests.
Maintain and update client scope of work documents as needed.
Facilitate Google reviews by sending thank-you emails.
Log payments and maintain payment records.
Greet and assist walk-in clients. Make appointments
Print necessary working documents.
Follow up with clients via phone, text, or email.
Issue invoices for deposits and progress checks.
Assist with office cleaning and walk-in clients as needed.
Audit project spreadsheets upon completion.
Create and maintain spreadsheets for project materials and budgets
Attend industry events to network with professionals and stay informed.
