Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our firm as an Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support and assist with various tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, sending faxes, sending regular and certified mail
- Maintain and update files, records, and databases
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Opening new files
- Print jobs
- Assist with tasks for attorneys as needed including dictation

Experience:
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Experience in file management and organization
