POSITION SUMMARY:
Provides general office support including weekly administrative filing, answering phones and greeting customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Follow company protocol to secure confidential documents
· Greet and engage with walk in customers
· Manage inbound phone calls with professional etiquette and route customers calls accordingly to the appropriate department
· Operate office equipment, i.e. fax machine, copier, computer, and phones
· Enter invoices into MaddenCo
· Follow up on orders and missing invoices/purchases
· Enter Daily AR and POS Deposits
· Assist store manager with various tasks and projects
· Liaison between corporate office and store
· Maintain clean workspace
· Help with office supply orders
· Attend all staff trainings and meetings as required
· Follow store lock up procedures
· Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
