Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize case files, both electronically and physically, ensuring all documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Update case information in the case management system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist paralegals and attorneys in scanning, printing, and organizing documents.
- Prepare and distribute case-related correspondence, such as letters, emails, and memos.
- Assist paralegals in preparing for court hearings and trials, which may include organizing exhibits, preparing witness lists, and coordinating with expert witnesses.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing office supplies from time to time.
- This position will require one to be in the Boulder office 5 days per week and may be required to work in the Denver office from time to time, so reliable transportation is required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or related field preferred.
- Prior experience as a legal assistant, Case Assistant, or similar role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records/documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior.

This is a full-time position. The normal work week is Monday - Friday and the normal hours are 8:30-5:00. Occasional overtime may occur.
Position Salary Range
$25.50 to 26.75 per hour
