What We Do

We are hiring Admin Support to manage day to day customer inquiries through telephone and e-mail, coordinates with departments (ie. Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, etc.…) and
supports the Account Managers at our Fairmont location.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer Request for Quotations (RFQ’s) are dealt with and issued on time.
- Frequently communicate with customers regarding order status.
- Prepare estimates, process orders and manage customer portals.
- Handle all customer request in a timely and professional manner.
- Know and understand Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the QMS.
- Comply with all health and safety rules.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years customer service-related experience.
- Microsoft Office Applications required.
- Highly organized with an attention to detail and accuracy.
