Job Description Summary
Inhabit is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist for its Nationwide Complaint (NWC) unit. Nationwide Compliant is a technology and service solution for enforcing lease compliance in the multi-family industry.
The Administrative Support Specialist works closely with our Operations Team which handle all client case filings for the State of Texas. The role will support the team preparing documents for shipping, document management and data entry.
This position works with high volume and daily deadlines and requires attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent time management skills are required along with the ability to work independently.
What You'll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
- Notary Public of the State of Texas or ability to obtain Notary Public Commission at Nationwide Compliant's expense
- Prepares and notarizes documents for shipping using multiple shipping platforms
- Sort and distribute incoming mail to various departments
- Uploads and transfers multiple source documents between systems
- Check completed work for accuracy
- Alert team members of any delays, errors or issues
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For (Minimum qualifications)
- Excellent time management, organization, and communications skills
- Technology savvy with excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS office and common business software
- Integrity, discretion and respect for confidentiality and privacy
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks with limited supervision
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high quality work
