Job Opportunity: Admin Coordinator

 

Location: Thousand Oaks

Hours: Flexible

 

Compensation: $25 to $26 per hour

Position Overview:

  • Plan and organize documents

  • Coordinate customers visits

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience: 3 years of experience as an admin. Spanish is a plus

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Microsoft Excel experience, will be essential for success in this role.
