A global CRG client in Palmyra, MO is looking for an Administrative Assistant. Our client is a world leader in providing logistics solutions for multinational companies! Primary responsibilities in this position include planning and arranging travel itineraries, managing schedules, and organizing meetings.
Pay: $20.50
Opportunity: Contract
Location: Palmyra, MO
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7a-3:30p
Responsibilities
- Plan and arrange travel while processing expenses and managing diverse schedules.
- Arrange external and internal events.
- Organize meetings, and schedule meeting facilities while ensuring follow-up activities.
- Ensure communication with leadership, team members, and across various departments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center environment
- Experience booking travel arrangements.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Strong communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
