Admin Assistant

The Toy Shop Of Eagle River is looking for an office assistant to join our 6 person strong team. We are located on 5045 Hwy 70 West in Eagle River. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working. This is a perfect position for somebody looking for extra income including but not limited to high school or college students, waiters or waitresses, retired individuals, etc.

We are looking for a part time associate to assist with rentals/reservations. Hours are mainly mornings from 8:30am to 12-12:30pm. Two weekends a month are required, but Saturdays are only from 8:30am to 12pm, and Sundays we are only in office for existing rental customer pick ups from 8:45 until approximately 11am. Plus, you receive an extra hour of bonus pay beyond what you actually work for coming in on a Sunday!!

Responsibilities

• Field telephone calls
• Receive and direct visitors and rental customers
• Receive and complete rental reservations for customers via provided online booking software
• Assist customers with rental safety equipment Example: helmets, boots, etc
• Various other tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to organize and create orderly systems
• Customer service
• Experienced in computer technology including Microsoft programs and provided internet based software is a plus!
• Team player but able to work independently also

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $10.00 - $14.00/hour.
