DETAILING ASSISTANT
Position: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Required Education: HS Diploma and/or GED Equivalent

Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide Estimators approx. date a project will be Detailed and turned over to the PM Team
Monitor SOLD board and add projects to Detailing Timeline
Update Detailing Timeline per SOLD Board and Estimator communications
Update Detailing Timeline as project progress and move them when completed
Project Setup/Date Entry
Review Project Info and BI Bid about Project
Copy relevant documents from the Estimate to the Project side into appropriate folders
Add bookmarks to Plans and Specs to make them more easily manageable
Update Comsense with all pertinent job and ship to information
Review plans to enter all the TO/FROM locations into Comsense
Un-bulk openings projects that have openings with the exact same type/size/hardware/etc. (Assisted Livings/Apartment Bldg./Etc.)
Update Monthly Totals, Detailer On-Time, and Detailer Goals spreadsheets
Prepare and distribute agendas and supporting materials, per direction of dept lead
Record, transcribe and distribute department meeting minutes, per direction of department lead
Create Reference Guides, per direction of department lead.
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and Gmail
Have both a functional and working knowledge of computers in general
Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
Must have excellent oral communication skills and positive interpersonal skills.
Must have strong organizational skills.
Must be self-motivated and proactive.
Must be detail oriented.
Must have a strong work ethic
Prior experience with blue print reading/specification interpretation is a plus
Ability to work independently and within a team.
