La Villa Event Venue in Houston, TX is looking for a Bilingual Admin/Sales Assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and aspires to strengthen their sales skills.
Responsibilities
- *Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls, team messages and emails. *Receive visitors, give tours of the facility and engage in sales opportunities. *Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars. *Create event orders, spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials as needed. *Maintain an organized filing system of contracts, invoices and event documents. *Conduct internet research, provide new ideas for trends and opportunities to enhance the venue's social media presence. *Enter data into reports as needed.
Qualifications
- *MUST be fluent in English and Spanish. *Must be flexible to working on weekends. *Exceptional attention to detail. *Experience in Sales is a plus or aspiration to enhance your Sales expertise. *Experience in Hospitality is a plus. *Ability to organize and create orderly systems for efficient workflows and team collaboration. *Experienced in computer technology that includes data entry, emails, online payment portals and social media marketing.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Mondays and Fridays. Compensation is $17.00 - $20.00/hour.
