The American Society of Radiologic Technologists is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill a key position in the Facility Management Department. The successful candidate should be proficient in maintaining weekly supplier/vendor schedules, purchasing and reconciling financial accounts.
- Member materials processing for new or rejoining members to ensure accuracy of credentials and contact information in the Society’s customer relationship management system.
- Purchasing and accounts payable.
- Reconciles invoice payments and departmental credit card accounts.
- Assists with onsite meetings and events including van driving services and conference room set up.
- Maintains a secure and safe work environment.
- Facility maintenance and scheduling suppliers and vendors.
- Processing and distributing mail and packages.
Successful Candidates Meet the Following Criteria:
- Flexibility to adjust duties with team members.
- Strong administrative and computer skills.
- Basic finance skills.
- Willingness to learn how to use the warehouse’s forklift and pallet jack.
- Must be able to perform office moves and furniture reconfiguration with the ability to lift 50 pound items and work in tight areas.
