Job Description:
Victory Home Care is looking for a self-motivated, detail oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative and Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude and able to work independently as well. This position is responsible for assisting the company’s Admin, HR, Accounting, Sales and Marketing teams with Administrative tasks, including but not limited to: answering phones, Hiring, scheduling responding to emails, and providing support to Clients and Employees.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation of presentations for Admin and Sales meetings
- Provide general administrative support to the Company, Sales and Marketing team
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist in the organization of marketing events
- Assist in the preparation of promotional materials
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed for sales meetings, marketing meetings, and customer service meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
