Description:

The Department of Information Systems and Business Analytics (IS/BAN) at Hofstra University invites applications for Adjunct Faculty in the field of cybersecurity.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Teaching requirements in the department include undergraduate courses and graduate level courses. Areas of interest are of security governance and compliance, cybersecurity laws and ethics, and practicum in cybersecurity. Teaching load per semester can be one or two courses, depending on the department’s needs.

Qualifications:

• A master’s degree in IT/IS, or a closely related field from an AACSB accredited institution

Preferred Quals Summary:

• Expected to work in a culturally diverse community of students and faculty
• Industry experience or certificates in IT fields are priority.
