Addiction Recovery Technician

Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals
- Implement and follow behavioral support plans
- Assist with daily living activities
- Monitor and document vital signs of individuals under your care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
- Provide crisis intervention as needed
- Foster a safe and supportive environment for individuals with developmental disabilities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices
- Familiarity with behavioral health principles and applied behavior analysis techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and crisis intervention skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
