Chewy is seeking an Associate Director, Supply Planning - Specialty to join our Supply Chain Team in Bellevue, WA. The Associate Director will lead a high-performing team of 3-4 while being responsible for all aspects of inventory management including (but not limited to): in stock strategy, demand planning, inventory performance, vendor improvement, key supply chain initiatives and internal cross-functional partnerships. What You'll Do:
- Manage all aspects of demand planning, supply planning and inventory management
- Manage direct reports as well as aspects of hiring and recruiting
- Manage a team of 2-3 Planners/Managers
- Manage both National Brands and Private Label
- Work with Merchandising, Operations, Finance, Vendor Compliance, EDI, Demand Planning and Supply Planning teams to identify areas of opportunity to improve total supply chain performance
- Identify, marshal, and organize resources to meet required goals
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop consensus process/project plans
What You'll Need:
- BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business Administration or Business Management
- MBA preferred
- 8+ years of supply chain experience
- Current managerial responsibility of a team of 3+
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional stake holders, influence decisions, and recommend a course of action based on data analytics
- Ability to think creatively and build innovative solutions to complex challenges
- Ability to drive process improvement with a focus on automation and continuous improvement
- Ability to operate and scale in a growing, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
- Superior organizational, self-motivation and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge in purchasing, forecasting and inventory management systems
- Proven record of building teams, developing solutions, and delivering results
- Previous demand planning, supply planning, inventory management is a requirement
- Private Label experience a plus
- Advanced technical skills with MS Excel, SQL and/or Tableau skills preferred
- Position may require some travel
Compensation & Benefits
Thesalary range for this position is$124,500-$255,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may beinfluenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, andwork location.In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Non-exempt hourly team members accrue paid time off (PTO) while salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
