Apple’s Ad Platforms group is looking for a Head of Global Accounts. In this role, you will lead a global sales and sales support team for Ad Platform’s largest clients. This sales leader will need to develop a plan on how best to drive value to our advertising clients using the various ad offerings Apple supports. This will require collaborating with the other departments across Ad Platforms such as product, marketing, data insights, and operations. The leader will also need to mentor and develop the existing team which spans across three countries and 5 offices.

- Strategic-minded, hands-on leader with extensive management experience in running a growing and evolving sales organization in a cross-functional environment.
- Influential and will quickly develop relationships and trust with their peers and directs, so that they can provide direction, oversight, and professional development opportunities.
- Obsessed with the customer experience and can dig deep, from the big idea down to the details, knowing how to position the team for what's around the corner.
- Knowledgeable about using data to help tell a compelling story.
- Successful track record selling to senior executives at Fortune 100 companies.
- Experienced selling performance and brand marketing products.
- Appreciates Apple culture and values, and is energized by the challenges of delivering credible solutions and privacy-preserving ad offerings within an evolving industry.

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $251,900.00 and $377,900.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
