Ad Operations Interns are members of the Core Ad Operations (CAO) team under the Ad Operations department. They work with the other teams in Ad Operations to ensure that clients' and sales' expectations regarding ad trafficking and campaign performance are met. Ad Operations Analysts facilitate all facets of serving traffic through the El Toro Portal and the DSPs utilized by the Company.
Tasked with optimizing ad serve, team members play a role in successfully executing client campaigns, ensuring that ads are delivered effectively, tracked accurately, reported on promptly, and ultimately meet clients' KPIs.

What you’ll do
- Work as part of a larger team to deploy, manage, troubleshoot, and optimize advertising campaigns through the El Toro self-service portal
- Perform campaign optimizations and troubleshooting
- Perform creative optimizations and troubleshooting
- Execute buying and trading ads through our DSP platforms
- Analyze, quantify, and visualize campaign performance for internal and external use
- Leverage industry knowledge and stay current with trends and competitors
What sets you apart
- Experience with Microsoft Office with focus on Excel
- Experience utilizing Google Suite tools or similar tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Schedule and Compensation
- Temporary internship for the 2024 political season
- June 3 - November 8, 2024
- Monday - Friday (occasional weekends required)
- 4-8 hours per day (no more than 40 hours a week)
- Hours of operation: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- $10 - $15 hourly, depending on education and experience
