What Will You Do?
The Quality Control Technician is responsible for performing Quality Control inspections and ensuring the customer is getting the best possible product experience from Wesco Turf. You will provide real-time feedback to technicians on quality issues identified during the final product check.
To grow and build a successful career with Wesco Turf, you will be responsible for:

• Become equipment subject matter experts and be able to train technicians on proper set up and equipment operations as outlined in SOP's.
• Review and verify paperwork and equipment status is properly maintained throughout process.
• Perform a final inspection of all products processed through the shop teams.
• Assisting with training technicians in shop procedures and policies
• Provide real time Quality Control inspections during set up and repair stages.
• Perform minor repairs and set-ups when needed.
• Be able to prep estimates and assist when operations require.
• Demonstrates and promotes teamwork and cooperation with all other departments.

Requirements
What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, a candidate should meet the following minimal requirements:

• Must have the ability to read and analyze documents and procedure manuals
• Requires strong mechanical background with good administrative skills, ability to assess situations and respond in the customers' best interest
• Requires the ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner to all customers as well as fellow employees
• Requires the ability to multitask and handle situations responding to the needs of Team Members
• Must have own tools if role requires.
• Minimum High school Diploma and or Graduation from a vocational school
• Experience in the Commercial Turf Industry is a plus.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a related field
