- Position is every Sunday plus rotating holidays/vacation coverage
- Conducts activities assessments on all new admissions to the Comprehensive Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit.
- Provides activities including but not limited to crafts, cooking, Wii, bingo, etc.
- Maintains a monthly calendar/schedule of activities provided.
- Seeks input and direction from OT/PT/SLP staff to provide patient centered activities.
- Completes computer charting in flowsheet format to document participation and tolerance to activity.
- Communicates with interdisciplinary rehab team including physiatrist.
- Most activities are provided in the evenings or on weekends.
