- Assist in planning and coordinating all resident activities.
- Encourage residents to participate in programs and activities and provide transportation to them as needed.
- Assist with the registration of residents for trips and programs.
- Conduct various activities at the direction of the Resident Program Director.
- Maintain necessary activity supplies, which may include outside purchasing.
- Follow department budget guidelines.
- Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Expeiance conducting programs and activities for seniors (preferred)
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent form of a two-year college or technical school or six months to one year related experience and/or training
- You are someone who is excited and enthusiastic about fun activities and getting others to participate in those activities.
- You are extremely patient, helpful and flexible with others when explaining directions and answering questions.
