NOW HIRING: Activity Aide: Full Time
Activity Aide Responsibilities Include:
- Plan, organize, and lead a variety of recreational activities and programs for residents, taking into account their interests, abilities, and preferences.
- Collaborate with the Activities Director and other staff members to develop engaging and meaningful activity calendars.
- Assist residents with participation in activities, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Encourage social interaction and engagement among residents through group activities, games, and outings.
- Maintain documentation of resident participation and progress in activity programs.
- Provide one-on-one support and companionship to residents who may require additional assistance.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of activity areas and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members to promote a positive and inclusive activity environment.
