Duties:
- Leading the community's activity program
- Develop programming geared towards a variety of individual abilities and interests.
- Supervising other members of the activity staff
- Be Creative and strategic when it comes to developing and implementing goals
- Able to quickly adapt when faced with change, energetic and able to positively influence others in a supportive manner
- Have customer service oriented with great written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and computer skills as well as a team work attitude
- Assist residents to program location and return residents to appropriate units
- Be familiar with established emergency procedures
Requirements:
- Experience with activities in a healthcare setting a plus
- Previous experience with seniors is preferred
- Strong computer skills necessary
- Positive attitude and energy is a must!!
- Ability to work effectively as a team member
- Previous experience in management/leadership
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
