Activities Director

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Activities Director is responsible for creating and maintaining a ca;endar of programs and activities that meet the specific need of each resident within the community to enhance their quality of life.
Developes and implements creative and engaging monthly calendar of activities that encourages resident well-being in body, mind and spirit and meets the individual interests and abilities of the residents.
Participates in new resident welcome program and obtain interests of each resident through formal interview process.
Assists in coordination of community special events
Schedule and transports of residents to and from appointments and/or events
Communicates effectively with residents, family members, staff and management
