Activities Assistant HCC - PT

Friendship Village Tempe is seeking a PT Activities Assistant to join our Health Care Center team!

Starting Pay: $20.85-$22.94 depending on years of experience

Schedule: 8:00am-12:00pm on Mondays and Wednesdays and 8:00am-4:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays, plus holidays as needed

SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision on the Activities Director, responsibilities will include: promoting and providing person-centered care to Health Care Center residents, coordinating activity groups and following the monthly activity calendar.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Proficient in all MS Office software including Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint; with the ability to learn new programs as needed.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

• Must possess and maintain valid Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card.
• C.N.A./L.N.A. is desirable, but not necessary.
