Job Goals:
- Present activity ideas to the BH Director and implement approved activities
- Lead and coordinate activities with energy and positivity
- Promote participation in activities with residents and monitor participation
- Align activities that promote physical exercise, cognitive health, visual and auditory processing and improve self-confidence and awareness
Job Requirements:
- Positive attitude even when confronted with adversity or challenge
- Outstanding communication skills
- Calm demeanor, bright, cheery, and engaging
- Friendly, inviting and approachable
- Teachable, engaging, and interested in learning new techniques

Other Requirements:
- Computer and technology aptitude
- Punctual and prepared
- Lift at least 50lbs
- Bend, kneel, crouch and low posture movement
- Walking and standing for periods of time
