SalaryCapital Homes is looking for individuals with basic conversation skills, a desire to gain knowledge in real estate, and a drive to become successful in a prestigious industry .
You will be calling for no more than 2-3 hours on a regular basis and proactively following up with leads (All pre-assigned) throughout the day.
Our ideal Acquisition Specialist is a great communicator, passionate learner, and a freedom driven individual. Ultimately, the responsibilities of our Acquisition Specialists are to gain the trust of various leads and follow up to close on their properties. Deals will then be placed on to our conveyor belt system for our Transaction Coordination Department to do the rest of the work for you.
No experience needed.
Commission based position (Highest commission rate in the industry).

Training/onboarding will be provided.
Self scheduled hours. (12:00pm EST - 7:00pm EST) - When we start and finish.
Responsibilities
- Make daily calls (ranges from 50-150 leads per day)
- Track call results in Podio (CRM)
- Send property details for offer formulation.
- Hit daily call numbers to ensure your success.
Skills
- Ability to organize follow up calls.
- Familiarity with Google Docs, iMessage, Gmail, and Zoom.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Strong networking skills.
- Control over tonality.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $4,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
