Job Details

Jobot’s Accounting team is searching for an Accounts Receivable/Collections Manager to lead our in-house receivable team with all things accounts receivable, as relating to our candidate placements with our clients.
Job Details:
4 Things that are Needed for this Job:

• 3+ years of Collections/Accounts Receivable experience
• 2+ years in an AR leadership role
• Experience using billing software such as Bill.com
• Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree in Accounting or similar preferred

3 Things You will be Doing in this Job:

• Lead, mentor, and grow our accounts receivable team
• Owning, improving, and implementing new processes and procedures
• Acting as a point of contact for both our Jobot Family and our clients

3 Things that You are GREAT at about this Job:

• Highly knowledgeable of accounting, accounts receivable, invoicing, and credit best practices
• Strategic thinker, with the confidence and ability to implement efficient AR processes and procedures
• Experienced people leader who can lead by doing, offer guidance, and delegate
