Salary $50-65k/year DOE
Responsibilities:
-Establish and maintain overall credit management policies and procedures to ensure risk to company is minimized
-Handle application of cash receipts to customer accounts, including e-commerce sales for all domestic subsidiaries
-Handle discrepancies on customer accounts for clear and accurate receivables keeping our purpose of an exceptional customer experience in mind
-Establish and maintain customer contacts regarding timely payments and adequate deductions documentation for all domestic subsidiaries
-Proactively monitor customer aging and handle collection efforts
-Work with international agencies for new customer setup and credit approval for international opportunities
-Prepare timely and accurate annual audit data for requested information
-Prepare timely billing of the recurring revenue business models (ie. iControl, Service Flex, etc)
-Provide analysis of A/R aging as needed
-Manage the commission process by partnering with sales reps, both internally and externally, ensuring accurate and timely commission payments and reports
-Communicate with Sales team regarding marketing programs and customer receipts and deductions
-Provide analysis and reports on customer activity
-Provide commission reports
