Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will possess a willingness to learn and grow with the role and a desire to stay in the Tampa region for the long term. The Accounts Receivable Specialist’s responsibilities include maintaining accurate records regarding customers’ accounts. This position will report to the Accounts Receivable Manager.
Essential Functions:
Process incoming payments
Deposit and post payments as necessary
Reconcile customer accounts for completeness
Researching and resolving discrepancies in payments
Contacting customers to collect payments
Assist with processing NTO’s and/or lien releases
Support the accounting team during various annual audits.
Perform other projects as assigned.

Knowledge of accounting and management principles and Accounts Receivable procedures.
Willingness to collaborate with others within the accounting department and through the Company.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or a related field, from an accredited college or university OR AA/AS degree with 1 year of experience in accounting or related field OR 3 years of experience in account or a related field
3-5 years of experience in corporate accounting or Accounts Receivable role.
Valid Florida Driver’s License.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
