Company Overview
EverLine Coatings, a rapidly expanding franchise brand in the commercial service industry, is currently
seeking a dynamic Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the
opportunity to work closely with the Director of Accounting and actively contribute to the growth and
development of our accounting department. In this position, your primary responsibilities will involve
efficiently handling customer invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely collection of
outstanding payments. We are seeking an ideal candidate with exceptional attention to detail, a solid
understanding of collection tactics, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams. This

Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable processes such as invoicing, billing, and collections.
• Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and following up with customers as needed.
• Reconcile Accounts Receivable ledger to ensure accuracy.
• Resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
• Generate aging reports and analyze AR aging trends.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of corporate collections experience.
• Knowledge of collections and invoicing procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in QuickBooks Online Software preferred.
• Must have a proven track record of intelligent and thoughtful decision-making.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
